1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Adrielli website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Adrielli EOOD may update these Terms at any time; the version published on the site at the time your order is placed applies to that order.
2. Company details
Adrielli EOOD
Registered address: [company registered address]
Company registration number (EIK): [EIK]
VAT number: [VAT number, if applicable]
Email: office@adrielli.eu
3. Products and orders
Most of our doors, joinery and furniture are manufactured to the customer’s individual specifications — dimensions, materials, colors and finishes. Product descriptions, images and dimensions on the website are for guidance only; minor variations in natural materials such as wood are normal and do not constitute a defect. An order is confirmed once all technical details have been agreed with you and any required deposit has been received.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in [currency] and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Custom orders typically require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before or upon delivery. We accept [payment methods].
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the product and our current production schedule and will be confirmed when your order is placed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. For orders shipped outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance, and delivery times may be affected by customs processing; these charges are not included in our prices.
6. Installation
Where installation is included in your order, the customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the site and that the relevant space is ready to receive the goods (e.g. finished walls and flooring, cleared access routes) by the agreed date. Delays caused by the site not being ready may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
7. Cancellation before production
Custom orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge only before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, and any deposit paid may be retained, in whole or in part, to cover costs already incurred.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, customers ordering online generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, which covers most of our doors, joinery and furniture. Any order eligible for withdrawal will be identified as such at the time of order.
9. Retention of title
Ownership of the goods remains with Adrielli EOOD until full payment has been received. Until that point, the customer must take reasonable care of the goods but may not resell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of them.
10. Warranty and complaints
All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the EU, currently a minimum of two years from delivery. If you believe a product is defective, contact us at office@adrielli.eu with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.
11. Force majeure
Adrielli EOOD is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including delays from material suppliers, transport disruption, natural disasters, or government action. Affected orders will be completed as soon as reasonably possible once the event has passed.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs and logos — is the property of Adrielli EOOD or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of liability
Adrielli EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Privacy and cookies
Information about how we collect and use personal data is set out in our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
15. Governing law, language and disputes
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Where these Terms are provided in a language other than Bulgarian, the Bulgarian version prevails in case of any discrepancy. Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication; EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
